Inspiring the next generation
The Urban Forest Project includes an exciting mentoring component organized by AIGA DC. Teams of local designers and high school students from Luke C. Moore Academy are creating banners for public display alongside the professional and college student artwork.
In addition, students from the Corcoran College of Art + Design are designing a portion of the banners as part of their curricula.
